I have come to this location often, never had a terrible experience. Maybe more with the food. Today I had an exceptional encounter with Shanna and Terrance were very professional and kind. Keep it up guys!

I usually go there to grab a chicken thigh and fried okra for a yummy treat. Today I was excited to see they have fried green tomatoes! The fried green tomatoes were a disappointment 🫣. Maybe my expectations were too high. ***Update!!!! I got a fried chicken thigh and a small fried okra from Mr. Chicken today ... 3/20/25 at around 4:30p (the one in Maple Hts., on Warrensville Center Rd.) It was sooooo, oooo good🙂‍↕️, to the point, I felt like nothing after that is going to taste right to me anymore. 🤔 Afterwards I headed to Marc’s to stock up on some stuff. I finished the food in the parking lot at Marc’s. I ate all the crumbs out the box and the bag🫣. I sat there for a bit, and cussed a little🥴. I literally searched my lap and shirt, to see if I dropped some crumbs. None! I looked for crumbs on the floor of my car🥴👀🤯🫣. This Mr Chicken has mix reviews. When the A Team is working it's excellent service and food. When it's the B- to C team oh well. Especially on Wednesday you might have a better chance on other days.
